REFUND POLICY

Hands in Hope Meditation Centre LLC is delighted to offer you a straight forward refund policy. If you are not fully satisfied with the services purchased from us, please get in touch with us at info@hands-in-hope.com

All our services are falling under the below refund policy, except already completed sessions, all completed paid sessions are final.

All sessions must be stopped/refunded while or before the service takes place. For Gift Vouchers and Session Packages, the validity is one calendar year from the purchase date. Refund can be provided only within the first 7 days (refer to PROCEDURE).

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, in our opinion, who is doing excessive refunds. Any client doing excessive returns or exchanges will be taken off our client list and will no longer be able to purchase from Hands in Hope Meditation Centre LLC. PROCEDURE

Please contact us via email info@hands-in-hope.com with your name.

Full refunds will be issued for services that have been paid prior to the sessions taking place, or on the same day of the session. received through the mail at our facility within 3 working days of the service/ session took place.

Refunds received at our facility by mail within 3-7 working days of the delivery date are eligible for exchange only/ items or gift vouchers.

Any refund received by us, after 7 working days of the session/ gift voucher sale will be refused and no refund or exchange will be permitted.

CANCELLATIONS

We like you to feel happy and comfortable purchasing from Hands in Hope Meditation Centre LLC. Hence, if you like to cancel a session or gift voucher purchase you made, it is only possible if you cancel it within 24hours of your initial purchase. Once your request has been facilitated by us, we unfortunately will not be able to cancel it.
